Our Journey
On March 14, 2023, as snow fell and the city faced a state of emergency, a dream years in the making came to life in Amsterdam. After many years working in Indian restaurants, our founder together with the support of his wife opened the doors to his own vision.
From the very beginning, the goal was simple: to share comforting Indian flavors in a space where everyone feels welcome. What started as a leap of faith in the middle of a storm has since grown into a beloved part of the neighborhood.
Family Roots, Community Focus
Zoobear MC LLC. was built from the ground up by a local family, inspired by both Indian heritage and Hispanic ownership. Its name comes from a playful nickname, reflecting warmth and personal ties. Every detail, from the menu to the service, was shaped to bring people together. It is a place where regulars are treated like family, newcomers feel at home, and food is prepared with care for both tradition and accessibility.
